Into Markdown

3Make
Build the parts that are fiddly to write by hand.
2Read and preview
See Markdown as a finished page rather than as source.
5No tool matches that yet. Try a format, such as PDF, Word or CSV.
Why they run in the browser
A converter that sends your document to a server has to be trusted with it. These do the work on your own machine with the same code the MarkdownPaper reader uses, so a README, a contract draft or a page of notes never leaves the tab.
From a tool to a finished page
Every tool ends where the reader begins. Markdown you converted, a table you built or a document you are about to print can be opened in the online Markdown viewer with one button, typeset with real margins, the contents in the margin, and three paper stocks. To learn the syntax behind the output, the Markdown guides show the source beside the result for every feature.
Keep it close
The toolbox is one address for every Markdown job: bookmark it, and the next time a README needs to be a PDF or a Word file needs to be Markdown, it is a click away. The desktop app does the same exports from the files on your computer.
